✨ Seattle Sky Palace – Guest Q&A

Please reach us at Sales@seattleskypalace.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

 A: Absolutely. We offer complimentary shuttle service for stays of 3 nights or more to and from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). For shorter stays, there is a flat $50 one-way fee. We also provide complimentary drop-offs to local stadiums and cruise terminals. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll take care of the arrangements. 

 A: Each of our residences is designed for luxury and flexibility. The Sky Palace and Grand Palace units each include two extra twin beds stored in the closet, ready for you to use. Our other residences (Summit, Kingdom, Dynasty) each include one extra twin bed. If you need additional beds beyond that, just let us know, and we can arrange them for a small fee. 

 A: We do our best to accommodate early check-ins whenever possible. If the residence was not occupied the night before, you can check in as soon as you arrive. If we have a same-day turnover, you can drop off your luggage, and we’ll let you know the moment your unit is ready. And if the unit is still occupied, feel free to relax in our guest lounge on the same floor. 

 A: Simply contact us at sales@seattleskypalace.com or call us at (855) 899-8666 at least 48 hours in advance, and we’ll handle all the details for you. 

 Yes, each reservation includes 1 complimentary parking space in our secure, on-site garage.  Additional parking may be available upon request, depending on availability. Please let us know in advance — extra charges may apply.
