Seattle Sky Palace offers an elevated space for both vacation and special occasions. To ensure an exceptional experience for all guests while preserving the quality and security of the property, the following Event Terms & Policy apply to any gathering beyond regular overnight use.
Standard Overnight Use:
Up to 10 overnight guests are permitted as part of your reservation.
Event Notification Required:
Any gathering, celebration, or event involving more than 10 total people (including non-overnight guests) must be disclosed and approved in writing by the property manager prior to your check-in.
Unauthorized Events:
Events or gatherings exceeding 10 people without prior approval are strictly prohibited and will result in:

50 Maximum Guest Limit:
Total on-site attendance may not exceed 50 at any time unless explicitly approved in writing for corporate or commercial use.
Noise and Neighborhood Respect:
Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Excessive noise, disorderly conduct, or neighbor complaints will lead to eviction and penalties.
Clean-Up Requirements:
Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is not returned to its original condition after your gathering. Basic cleanup is the guest’s responsibility.
Event Equipment & Rentals:
If you require banquet tables, chairs, décor, or dining setups, please notify us in advance. Rentals and setup can be arranged through approved vendors.
Catering and Alcohol:
Outside catering is permitted. If alcohol is served, guests assume full responsibility for compliance with local laws. Seattle Sky Palace is not liable for misuse or incidents involving alcohol consumption.
For commercial productions, brand shoots, or media events, please inquire separately. These bookings follow a distinct rate and agreement structure.
Inspection Upon Arrival:
Guests are encouraged to inspect the property immediately upon check-in. Any issue or dissatisfaction must be reported to management at the time of check-in. Guests may request a unit change or cancellation before occupying the property overnight.
Acceptance of Condition:
By remaining in the property after check-in, the guest acknowledges that the suite is satisfactory and suitable for use.
No Refund After Stay Completion:
Once a guest has checked in and occupied the property through their scheduled checkout date, no refunds, credits, or adjustments will be issued for any reason, including maintenance or comfort concerns discovered after check-in. Continued occupancy constitutes acceptance of the accommodation as delivered.
